Can i get section 80g deduction??????

I Donate Rs. 50000 to on Charitable Trust in Sept. 2013 but they got 80G Certificate as on 31/01/2014 stating that this order is valid from 31/01/2014
My Question is Whether I can get 80G Deduction ?????

Means
Revised Form 231 To be filed first or Revised E-return Annexure(J1 & J2
to be filed first I'm confused....)
