no you have to comply the provision of income tax act . tds section wise compliance need to follow.

TDS needs to be deducted keeping in line with Income Tax Provisions and as per limits and rates specified. It depends who is the recipient and what Income is being credited to his account regardless of HSN or SAC Codes of the transactions.
