I am planing to purchase a land from eldeco company , the company take 12% gst on edc charges ( external devlopment charges ) .can i claim the gst 12 % which the buider can take from me , i have not gst number ????

You can't claim ITC as don't have GST No.

My husband have gst number and run his spareparts business if he can give payment of land then he can claim reversal of the 12 % gst on EDC (EXTERNAL DEVLOPMENT CHARGES) of my plot land.

ITC can't be claimed on such expenses of personal plot of land.
