20 May 2012 KINDLY GIVE THE ADVICE REGARDING WHETHER THE DEFAULTER DIRECTOR ( WHO IS IN DEFAULT OF FILING ANNUAL RETURN AND B/S FOR YEAR 2006-07 OF PVT LTD CO )CAN BECOME DIRECTOR IN NEW PVT LTD COMPANY.

PLZ ADVICE ME EARLIEST TO FILE THE FORM 1,18,32

20 May 2012 Dear Rahul,

If you wanted to appoint a person as director in other company who is director in defaulting company then it is required to file annual return and Balance sheet of such defaulting company.

Because MCA will automatically removed such director name after filing annual filing.
