If he is authorised by Board that he will sign the same then he can do so.

It is general authorization to do such act on behalf of the company.

Yes, not as a CA, but as authorised signatory if authorised by the Board to do so.

A company authorised any trustful person to do work on behalf of the company subject to certain conditions.

27 February 2012 If you are in employment then only you can issue income certificate of persons related to company i.e. employees. In other case a CA not having COP cannot perform attest funcations.
