My Company is striked by Section 383A of Companies Act, 1956 and hence eligible for appointment of CS in Whole tym employment.
Now my query is:
Can a CS in whole time employment be appointed on contract of 1 year-2years as such. Will this mean to be appointed on contractual basis. What difference it will make if he is or he is not on payroll of the Company being on contract? What is the difference in Contract employment and employment on payroll as employee of the Company? How can I safeguard myself if company compels on contract?
