If some one has claimed TDS as per 26as & physical certificates are in possession of lesser value then CPC will process for claim made by assessee ? & issue the refund on basis of 26as tds claim.

Yes. CPC will issue refund on the basis of 26AS. Even if you do not have any TDS certificate you will get the credit as shown in 26AS.
