Reverse Calculation-
Cost of room without Tax- Rs.99
Add- Sales Tax@6% Rs.5.94
Add- Tourism tax Rs.7.92
Total Rs. 112.86
Cost of room without Tax- Rs.99
Add- Sales Tax@6% Rs.5.94
Add- Tourism tax Rs.7.92
Total Rs. 112.86

If you are good at algebra, go by the method of assuming the basic rent as X. If you are good at arithmetic divide 112.86 by 108 and multiply by 100. The answer will again need the same treatment but with 6 % now.
