Sir,please tell on which amount vat would be calculated under builder case whether it is on consideration amount,market value or whichever higher of both.

THE AGREEMENT VALUE BETWEEN THE BUILDER AND CUSTOMER, WHICH IS NOT LESS THAN THE GOVERNMENT VALUATION.
