one person doing a business of printing & advertising job work in India . he also deal with foreign parties/clients. so he earns income in dollars. what are the compliances affect his business as per Indian income tax laws & how to calculate the tax on that foreign income legally ?

he needs to get rbi approval under fema act 2000 and need to show income from business under income tax act
