how can i learn the calculation of sales tax & service tax ofa construction company

1) Reference is needed in the state VAT act under works contract.
2) For service tax, pl refer section 65(105)(zzzza) ie.'works contract services'. If the construction is building, u may also see 'commercial or industrial construction service' and 'construction of complex services'.
