no. of year=3 years
int_rate=5%
cash price= ?
please give formula.
answer=54465/-

put 1 divided by 1.05

press = on calculator ( this amount will be your annuity factor for 1st year)

press = on calculator ( this amount will be your annuity factor annuity factor for next year)

press = on calculator ( this amount will be your annuity factor annuity factor for next year)
