sir i have received a notification stating that entire CA syllabus is going to change w.e.f. 2016.is that true.kindly answer me as soon as possible.thanking you

Not completely but lots of changes may come into play. 2016 is way to far. Anything can happen between now and 2016. IND AS may replace AS. DTC may come into syllabus. Maybe GST as well. Companies Act 2013 will be applicable fully. There may be lots of other changes as well. So its difficult to predict anything now.
