What is the last date for registration of CA Final course to get the attempt of May-2015 also help me the address to whom the DD is to be drawn for the purpose of registration of CA Final

On or before Oct 31, 2012 to appear in May 2015 attempt.
Completed the practical training as is required for admission as a member on or before the last day of the month preceding the month in which the examination is held or has been serving the last six months of practical training under Regulation 50 on the first day of the month in which the examination is held.
