I want to give ca final examination in Nov. 15. last due date of registration in Ca final.

you must regsiter atleast 6 months before i.e by 30.4.2015 but there is no time limt as specified but in case sometimes there is delay in sending then reg letter by icai in such case it is advisable to register 6 months prior.
