Is there any restrictions to attempt final examinations that there must be 9 months gap from IPCC attempt to final exams attempt?
as I think there is no restrictions as such only thing we have to complete 2 & half years of articles with GMCS and ITT programmes..
so even if 2 nd group attempt is in may 2015 and if one clears it.. whether they can write their finals in Nov 2015??

You are absolutely bang on. There is no such requirement of 9 months gap between IPCC and CA Final. You can sit in CA Final Nov 2015 exams as pointed out.
