Hi friends, Can anybody tell me, is it possible to form partnership firm of multi professionals?(cs,cwa) If yes, which professionals are eligilble to become partners? From when these amendments are applicable?

Not Possible as of now. Their cannot be a partnership of practicing CS, CA & CWA or of any two combination.
