09 April 2012 Sir need a help
i am a graduate ca final student and had not filled form 112 previously with form of articles so i had not shown icai that i am doing b.com
now i want to pursue for cs executive as foundation is exempted for me now main problem is
In ICAI i am doing just CA
In ICSI i am a gradute and eligible for executive programme so if query comes i will be in trouble pls sir do the needfull

As per reading your situation, I just want to say that if you wait till your CA final completion then you pursue CS.

In case if you are going to pursue CS and file Form-112 such form automatically demand the current academic status and if you fill that you are doing graduation, then they will demand why you have not taken permission for the same.

Institute shall be debarred from appearing in the exam up to 3 consecutive exams besides cancellation of such period of articles if you are not filing Form-112.

So i will suggest you to wait till competition of Final.
