i m goin to appear in dec-10 of c.s executive program and still i'm confused that how to prepare for paper-2 i.e company accounts and cost accounts..plzz sugest me refernce book ...plz..

S.S. Gulshan is also a good Book for GCL
2) Company Accounts == Shukla & Grawal + Question given in Study Material
3) Cost and Mgt. Accounts == S.N. Maheshwari + Question given in Study Material
4)Company law== Munish Bhandari + Study Material + Scanner
5)Security law and compliances--Study Material + Scanner with ICSI Guidelines of previous exam
6)Economic and Labour laws.— Study Material + Scanner with ICSI Guidelines of previous exam

Just to mention that Shukla Grewal is now an outdated book in Accounts which was known as one of the best book years ago.
There are so many mistakes in this book and incorporation of updation is very late.
The printing quality of this book is very poor and reading luxury is missing due to small fonts printing. The paper quality is poor and outlook is also old one.
Any other book will do which is approved for M.Com. Examination. This would be sufficient for CS Executive.
