Why only CST 2% and Below 2% cst "C" form is been issued. Why "C" form is not issued above 2 %. for which type of goods CST 2% is charged ?

C form is the form which specifically issued for getting concession rate of 2% under interstate purchase

Your query is an inverted one. No 'C' form is required when VAT charged within a state is 2% and lower. The same rate is applicable for interstate sale also. When the VAT rates on any goods are above 2% and for restricting it to 2%(i.e.concessional rate) 'C' form has to be produced by the buyer......mjk
