24 September 2012 We made a interstate purchase for Centrally Air conditioning system to store our manufactured food products. Are we eligible to get Form-C for this purchase. Our local VAT authority are not in position to decide the matter. Please guide me.
Here purpose of purchasing a/c is to store salable goods for more shelf life and the goods are are taxable. So there is possibility to attain Form-C. Please calrify.

C form is used for concessional Purchase which can be used only for few purpose like goods purchase for resale or Machinery used for Manfacturing etc So on Air conditioning System You can't use C Form.
