22 December 2009 The purchasing dealer has obtained registration under ORISSA sales tax act(CST) and puchased goods from a registered dealer from WEST BENGAL, but goods are delivered in BIHAR.
Can the purchasing dealer Issue FORM-C obatained from ORRISA sales tax Dept to the WB Suppliers?
