26 September 2008 Can I use Form "C" in case I am Purchasing Machinery and equipment (For Media)ang give them on lease to other company.

26 September 2008 if you have purchased from other state by paying cst then it is reight to give c form

27 September 2008 Do you think giving a goods on hire is a sale of that goods?
In my opinion (subject to rectification by experts) being the goods is not imported with the intention of resale, C form can not be issued.
