Can I use Form "C" in case I am Purchasing Machinery and equipment (For Media)ang give them on lease to other company.

Do you think giving a goods on hire is a sale of that goods?
In my opinion (subject to rectification by experts) being the goods is not imported with the intention of resale, C form can not be issued.
