can we purchase it from other state against form "c"?

14 July 2011 1st get your CST registration certificate ameneded with this item to be purchased, by submitting an application to the VAT officer, stating the purchase from central and its use in your plant and machinery,

after amendment you are eligible to purchase against C form.
