who issue C-form and why c- form is required waht is use of C-form in practice.

In case of inter-state(i.e, from another state then one's home state) purchase, a registered purchaser under sales tax, issue form c to the registered seller of another state to allow him to charge a lower rate of tax on that transaction.
if he issue form - C, seller will charge lower rate of tax, currently 2% ohterwise the seller will charge local vat rate of seller's state.
if he issue form - C, seller will charge lower rate of tax, currently 2% ohterwise the seller will charge local vat rate of seller's state.
