Mr A is from Gujarat. He wants to purchase goods from Mr D of Delhi. Mr D ask Form C from Mr A.
How can Form C be obtained?

to avail concessional rate of tax i.e.2% on purchase , you need to provide Form C to your seller. Form c can be submitted later also. but if you are dealing with your seller first time he may insist to provide Form C immediately.
