Sir,
please tell A business man purchase computer and printer for business purpose ,now where he will be used the ITC that get in printer and computer.
I am bit confuse ,can he claim directly in gstr1 .

If the business man is paying GST, he can take ITC if the assets are used for the purpose of business.

Madam the purchase product has need to be shown in GSTR 2 to avail the ITC.

The seller would show in GSTR-1 and you need to accept it for GSTR-2
