26 November 2010 we are doing business of Builder and Developers and registered with Sales Tax. They issue us the notice for pay VAT under composition Tax. My query is
1. Vat is applicable for Builders
2. If yes how to pay
3. There is any case with High court and its decision
4. Provide me notification or High court dicision
