As per new budget service tax applicable rate of 14% on which date.pls guide.

its yet to b notified... budget is a proposal which needs approval from lok sabha and rajya sabha then the consent of president to get it approval.. then there wil b a notification out from the govt

In Point No. 3.3 it is clearly mentioned that "The new Service Tax rate shall come into effect from a date to be notified by the Central Government after the enactment of the Finance Bill, 2015."
