06 November 2012 i want to preapre brs from april to sep manually... if i start with april month whether i should consider about march uncleared payment & receipts..if it is considered that amount....how to do brs of april..give an tips..which amounts should add, which amounts should less..how to tally the book balance & bank statement balance

06 November 2012 for first BRS you don't see only one month statement. you need to see previous statements also. take balance of books and bank for 30th April. some entries of March will be pending. like cheque issued but not present in bank and cheque deposited but not cleared these type of entries will be there. So these will effect your April reco.

06 November 2012 there is no requirement to match the bank balance with bank. only you have to make a bank reconciliation statement with bank statement.

07 November 2012 need examples of brs preparation with last month uncleared receipt & payments..with current month uncleared receipts & payments..are availabe den how to do..brs
