i have given my ipcc exam in may 14, it was my 3rd attempt.. i am felling very disappointed from ca couse.. and now cs is giving training after registration in cs executive programme.. then, please tell me should i opt for cs executive or continue in ca?? plz help me..urgent

I am working as a IT freelancer for many years and I paid returns under ITR4 for last 2-3 years.

This year (2013 Apr- 2014 Mar) I have created an llp entity with 2 other partners and invested around 2.8lacs. But I havent got a single penny return on investments because it a very new business. All the other incomes I have received only through the freelancing I've been doing.

How should I show these investments and how should it be done. Same like previous years or via any other way?

If one has aggregate of interest income exceeding 10000 through all savings accounts and the banks in which such accounts are held, have not deducted TDS and has not issued form 16 hence. Then how to pay such stipulated tax. Can it be paid by the way of self-assessment. And how to furnish such income details as no TDS has been decducted and no form 16 received.

i have recd rent from bank under courts order for previous five year in asst.year 14-15 bank issued tds certificates year wise can i claim this certificate in a/y 14-15 since i recd rent in this year kindly advise
