In Vat there is a point tat Vat is neutral because it does nt interfere the choice of decision.

Witness should be a practicing Advocate/ CA/CMA/CS.
Witness shall attest the signature and shall sign and add his/her name, address,
description and occupation, if any and the witness shall write in his/her own handwriting the following sentence above his/her name.
“I witness to (number of subscribers to be given)subscriber/subscriber(s), who has/have subscribed and signed in my presence (date and place to be given).
Further I have verified his or their Identity Details (ID) for their identification
and satisfied myself of his/her/their identification particulars as filled in”
The above averment of the witness is a new requirement as per the Companies Act,2013.
