SIR,
1.how can we get the sur name in pan card?
2.After registration before 3 years by a consultant how can we get the pass word? the assessee did not know the registered email Id.he contacted It dept last year.but no reply received. Sir please help me to resolve these problems

To know the Full Name of PAN, try to view "Know your Jurisdiction" link on ITD efiling website. If you need to know the password, you have to go with Forget password option and use your earlier AY Online ITR Ack No. and Bank A/c no. given in that ITR filing.
