i have recd rent from bank under courts order for previous five year in asst.year 14-15 bank issued tds certificates year wise can i claim this certificate in a/y 14-15 since i recd rent in this year kindly advise

Yes you can claim TDS in current year. Bank has not deducted TDS, so it would not be possible for assessee to claim TDS.
