if our gmcs 1 is not done with in 1 year then what will happen?

Resp.Sir/Mam, What is the interpretation of word resident in sec.194A of Income Tax Act,1961.Does it refer to only single resident from the viewpoint of payer?? For eg. A paid 5000/- to B and 15000/- to C. So will the section apply separately for both B and C or the limits considered in subsection (3) are jointly for both payees from payer viewpoint.Please Explain.

Wether the following Expenditure are allowable under section 40A(3) :- 1) 25000 for Air ticket in Cash . 2) 26750 for electricty bill of torrent power paid in cash. 3) 34260 for telephone bill to reliance communication paid in cash. 4) 43903 for Telephone Exp to Bsnl in cash. please give ans. with reasoning.

i cleared my c.s inter when i was in my final year Bcom. because i cleared my inter i took up llb.now i have completed that as well.i have already finished my 4th attempt and still din complete even a single module.since my registration has expired i am forced to go to the new one.i would like to kno from u al whether i am deserving to continue or clearing inter was only a fluke.also i know the fact that i am not intelligent in comparison to my friends. pls help me

if any person is living in karur and he is working there..nd because of employment he has taken a rented house 46km away frm his original house and he is residing with his family..will he get benefit of hra???..kindly provide the exact solution

i am a student enrolled with SRO0391276 for ca-cpt.i had been qualified on dec 2013 exams.i also registered for ipcc and i got a confirmation e-mail stating

"Dear MR. KUNA CHARAN ,

1. Please refer to your application on the above subject. I am glad to inform that you have been registered with the Board of Studies as a student of the Integrated Professional Competency Course (IPCC) under Registration Number IPCC/ITT/SRO0391276 with effect from 21-FEB-2014
2. However, to enable the Students and others to distinguish which course you are undergoing at present, your unique Student Number will be prefixed by the actual course you are undergoing.
3. You may therefore quote your Student Registration Number as IPCC/ITT/SRO0391276 till the completion of Integrated Professional Competency Course (IPCC).
4. You will be eligible to appear for Both Groups of IPCE Examination in 01-NOV-2014 or thereafter. You are required to successfully complete 100 hrs.IT Training and Orientation course (before or after IPCE examination) before registering for Articleship training.
5. You will be eligible to take admission for Final Course on submission of application in the prescribed form and on payment of requisite fee after passing both groups of IPCC.

but i am unable to apply for online application form of ipcc nov exams as the server says that "the registration no. and dob which you have provided does not match with our records.however you may apply as PROVISONAL CANDIDATE"

even my registration no. in the to address of materials and students journal which i receive displays my registration no. with my cpt registration no.(SRO0391276)

so kindly reply me with my registration no. so that i can apply for exams.i didnt receive any registration letter as how i got for ca-cpt registration.

HOW TO LEARN ONLINE FILLING OF ITR AND TDS RETURN WITHOUT THE HELP OF CA

As a ca pursuing student whose coaching of IPCC has finished. The attempt is in may 2015. So if that person wants to utilize this leizure time by doing a job. What is best option - to work in a company as a job holder or to work in a ca firm?
If the person is a fresher n has completed training on tally,TDs, vat,st etc. Plz answer

Dear All, One tally data I have received.I want pass the entires on different days. If I enter in the tally other than on 1st or 31st it was not accepting. What to do ? Our tally administrator is on leave.Kindly help me.
