My employer deduct tds Rs 49160 For the assessment year 2013-14 and deposited it is also show in My AS26 Rs49160. My actual tax liability is also 49160 I filled my return within due date but now on 10/8/2014 The department issue a demand notice u/s 141(1) And in which they Near about Rs 60000 Including the intrest u/s 234 A 234b 234 c. what can i do right now??????

I am not able to qualify group 2 since 3 attempts. In last attempt i could get aggregate although i got pass marks in every subject. My final attempt is due on may 2015. I already started my final preparation. Now what should i do? Should i concentrate only on group2 or read group 2 and final simultaneously?

A company whose Nature of Business is Film Production have no business in the F.Y 13-14 (No Income),but it has Expenditure i.e Interest on Loans taken by the company.Now,my Query is whether that company is Liable to allow such Finance Costs as allowable Expenditure in this F.Y 13-14 even if there is no business
