About ITR U Filling

Ay 21-22, Ay 22-23 Both return filled timely but not verified till the date, so i want to file ITR U For both
So, my question is while the filling itr u ,we have to choose previously return filled and need to enter Acknowledgement Number and all Or Select No Return filled earlier ?

Because If a filed ITR is not verified, then your income tax return will not be treated as a valid return by the income tax department.

I have left my job last year march 2023 after working in that Company for 9 years . I got a Gratuity of Rs.9,13,600/- . During IT return filing for 2022-23 income , I have put this in exception section 10 (10) as shown in my form-16. But during filing it is not accepting and showing as error. Also E-filing site recommends that Maximum limit is 20 lacs and put this as 20 lacs. But my actual received gratuity only 9.13 lacs , how I can show 20 lacs in section 10(10).

Hi Experts,
If I have a dividend income of $30.70 and US IRS withholds $7.68 and finally I get $23.02 as the dividend cash.
Should I show $23.02 or $30.70 as dividend income on foreign stock ?
