TDS for AY:2022-23 Not Claimed in ITR How to claim now

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
If you sold a property in FY 2021-22 and the buyer deposited TDS after you filed your Income Tax Return (ITR), you might not have been able to claim it. This is often because the TDS wasn't reflected in your Form 26AS at the time of filing. Even if your regular assessment is complete, you may still be able to claim this TDS. Explore options for rectifying your ITR and claiming your refund, especially if there's a tax credit mismatch.

04 September 2023 I sold a house in FY:2021-22 Buyers have to pay TDS as property value is more than 50L.

The buyer has to pay TDS for the property sold in the month of Feb 2022, but due to some reason, he submitted a TDS return on 18 July 2022.

I filled my ITR on 08/07/2022 and I couldn't claim this TDS as it was not appearing in my 26AS.

Now please let me know how I can claim this TDS. My regular assessment is over I have filled rectification but it has not been allowed.

Please let me know how I can claim this refund.

05 September 2023 Login and check tax credit mismatch.
If tax credit mismatch is there file rectification under section 154 and upload revised ITR.
