Today In CA IPCC Advanced Accounting Exam, I did a mistake, that is question answered in front page, I have written incorrect i.e I answered question no.2 and not Question no.3 but in front page where tick is to be made for Question answered by mistake I have ticked Question no.3 instead Question no.2.!! Will the marks be given for Question no.2😓..??

A private company having 5 directors. say "A" and his son "B" and "D" and his sons "E" and "F". A and D are bothers and both of them holding 50%-50% shares of the company. now the dispute arises between the two families say A and B (father and son) on one side and other family D, E and F( father and 2 sons) are on other side. My queries are as follows :-
1. Mr. A wants to add his wife say "G" as director of the company which will result in 3-3 directors of both the families in the company, but D,E and F are opposing for the same. now what should be done in this situation and whether sign of all the directors needed in resolution for adding a director????
2. Presently either of A, D or E is the authorised signatory in the bank. now D and his family wants to change the authorised signatories as :- A and either of D and E.........my question is that whether sign of all the directors needed in resolution for change in authorised signatories???
Please remember that A and D are only shareholders of the company with 50-50% share holding.

As per offline mode return format I understand that GSTR-4 requires filling of b2b purchase invoices. But previously as per rules it was mentioned that all b2b invoices will be auto populated based on return filling by normal taxpayer. My question to expert, is it true whether I have to file all invoices manually?

I became a director in a pvt ltd company during my 2nd year of articleship but I didn't submit form 112 .... but since I had excess of leave ...Im planing to join new firm ... while I was filling the form ..it came to my knowledge that I had to submit form 112 if I m a director... i wanna know what are the consequences in this regard ...do I require to submit it now ...and will I be fine for late submissions.
If I m not doing any other course except CA is it relevant to submit form 112
I was under the impression that GSTR4 can be both prepared and submitted online. However, since Table 11,12 were inactivated I filled in the Turnover of preceeding financial year and preceeding quarter and clicked on Submit with the hope that Table 11,12 will get activated and I will be able to input the sale values for July-Sept only after I fill in the turnover values and submit the return. But now, I cannot do so and the return is already submitted. How can I revert back? As far as I know nothing can be changed after submission. In that case, is there any way to rectify the nil return submitted by visiting the Jurisdictional Officer?

Reverse charge has been suspended till 31st March but while filling GSTR-4 utility is asking for detail of supply received from unregistered person and if you fill that details than it is calculating the tax for the same. Why is that? Is there any workaround for that?
