how can i get rank in ca final eamination
since iam not very clever student
but i want to become an rank holder ca

as chartered accountant, i have annaxed an audit report with the final accounts to be submitted with IT return of the firm that I have examined the balance sheet & P/L accounts of a firm and opined that the books of accounts are in agreement with record produced before me simply.

nothing like whether it reflacts true & fair view or what are the qualifications in my openion or what is the conclusion.

whether i can claim my self to be previous auditor within the meaning CA Act.if in succeding year other chartered accountant compiles the P/L & B/S of said firm without letting me know

I am a PCC Student... My exams are in May,2009.. So, it is very clear that i dont have much time to study.. As far as Info Tech is concerned, i have not completed studying the sub even once.. But it is a subject which requires multi revision.. I have started studying info tech from Padhukas[Saravana Prasad]Mat... But people say, I should be studying from the Institute Mat only... I am comfortable studying from Padhukas.. I am very confused what to do.. Please Guide Me...

I am a PCC article. My querry is that at this level of CA what is the best field to my pursue articleship into, is it internal audit or direct taxation (basically income tax & all that). Currently I'm doing my articleship in a mid-sized firm.
I have just cleared CPT in June '08, have done my graduation in Eco.(H) from DU and cleared 12th in commerce stream.

So basically which one of them provides us more learning and has more value in the market.
Mostly importantly considering the fact that which one of them would be the best for me to do at current level of being a PCC article.

And is it true as some people say that if at PCC level you do your articleship in internal audit only, then after clearing PCC exams & enter CA final articleship and apply into big 4 firms they would preferably put you into or offer you to continue your articleship into internal audit only and not into taxation, because at PCC level you have done internal audit only so they would offer you that field only...?? Is this true...??
