05 November 2008 The Vegetables were exported to pakistan in November 2007 & december 2007, the applicant want to awail refund of service tax regarding inspection charges.Is the Asseessee eligible?Though the Condition specified in notification 41/2007 that the application for refund shall be made with in a period of sixty days from a quarter is notfulfil by the applicant.
