i have my IPCC G2 exam in May13..& My Ca final exam becomes due in Nov14...i want to join CS..but 1st executive exam will be in Dec13 if i register now..& i ll have only 10months for prep. of CA-final exam in Nov14..is that much period is sufficient for CA-final exam..plz guide me...should i join CS now??? N kindly reply me asap becoz tmrw is the last date for regs.

Sir, i have completed my 2 years of articleship training and at present i am having excess leave in my account. will i be able to appear for the finals after 2 and half years?? And also i don't have good terms with my principal and he is not allowing me to come to office and in case during examination time he refuses to sign the examination form what action can i take against him?? please help me sir.

We have received security services but instead of depositing 75% service tax liability by us as per reverse charges mechanism of service tax we have paid 100% Service Tax to the security agency.

Please advise us the statutory liability in above case to be borne by us and other consequences.

Respected sir/madam,i am in dilemma regarding pre-construction interest.
Problem is one of our clients have two houses in last assessment year- 2012-13.one of the property sold in the month of februaty-12. My question is whether he is eligible to claim deduction for pre-construction interestin in the current year even though it is sold in last year itself.
