When is one can issue form 'h'

02 March 2013 Dear Experts, We are in Bangalore and made sales to Party in Tumkur (it is also in Karnataka state). He told us to issue form 'H' against sales we made. Please clarify I am confusing whether it attracts VAT or Nil against form ' H' Thanks in advance.

02 March 2013 Form H is - Certificate of export. The sale can be made against H form if the dealer in Tumkur would be export the same goods out of india. It is the purchasing dealer who shall obtain and issue H form.
