I Joined articleship on 25th Aug, 2011 & took leaves of around 30days till now, so whether i would be eligible for final nov attempt assuming i take very few leaves.

And there are lot of posts regarding eligibility to appear in final in last 12 months of articleship, Is is factual?

my client product cover under schedule A i.e.(manufacturing of rice). so state whether he is liable for mvat audit as manufacturing exempted goods i.e.0% vat.

Hi everyone actually my uncle have an wrriten agreement with a company where he is driving the car. and according to contract car is purchased by the company on hire purchase basis and the same amount of EMI is deducted from my uncle salary with promised that after 3 years the ownership of car is transferred to my uncle. so my question is whether i can claim the depriciation on this car or not..?? and can we treat the emi amount as expenses or not..?? and answer with suitable example..

i have applied for revaluation of my ipcc nov 2012 papers, just wanted to know when will the results be out and where can i check them? please please please need some information....

I have doubt about issuance form 16 as the said form will be issuing only when tax is deducted from employee's salary whereas if any employee whose salary is not taxable if needs a home loan then bank is insisting of Form 16 other wise same is liable to reject the loan. Employees are making compliant that co. is not giving form 16 , what can be solutions for the same.? Can any body advice.

i have my IPCC G2 exam in May13..& My Ca final exam becomes due in Nov14...i want to join CS..but 1st executive exam will be in Dec13 if i register now..& i ll have only 10months for prep. of CA-final exam in Nov14..is that much period is sufficient for CA-final exam..plz guide me...should i join CS now??? N kindly reply me asap becoz tmrw is the last date for regs.
