Incase of Housing loan deduction for owner and Co owner, please answer the below
Can owner take only EMI principal amount deduction up to Rs. 1 lac and Co owner for Int up to 1.5 Lac OR it is mandatory for both EMI/Interest amount should be taken proportionately between owner and co owner.

Is there any condition that youu have to pass b.com in 3 years ?
e.g. Suppose I am in final year of b.com & unfortunately I fail in VI th sem and i gave oct attempt and get pass and got 55 percentage i.e. required by the Institute will I qualify to CA direct entry to IPCC on b.com basis ?
I have completed my articleship on February 2013 and as per my leave details i have excess leave taken for 70 days. My Principal is insisting me to give him letter containing the reason for not serving excess period and sign the same. I am ready to serve the excess articleship period after my exams are over in May 13.
Is there any issue in signing and giving the same to my Principal?
