hello experts,
requesting you to kindly advise when to take service tax no.

you have to apply for service tax registration after crossing the limit of 9 lac and start to pay service tax after crossing the limit of 10 lacs.
But this limit is not allowed in the case of services which are liable to pay upon service receipent.

At the first, you have to get user id and password from its web site i.e. aces.gov.in
then you have to apply your ST-1 application on line.
then you have to send your ST-1 Form along with copy of PAN, address proof, authorisation letter (If any), etc.
