When reverse charge will be applicable to trust, college,society,school as per new notification in service tax effective from 01.07.2012?

MY FRIEND APPLLIED FOR CORRECTION OF D.O.B. (WITH nsdl)ENCLOSING A COPY OF HIS MATRICULATION CERTIFICATE. THE REQUEST WAS REJECTED FOR THE REASON THAT THE NAME MENTIONED IN THE PAN APPLICATION IS IN ONE LINE ( FIRST NAME , FATHERS NAME AND SURNAME) BUT IN THE MATRICULATION CERTIFICATE IT IS MENTIONED FIRST NAME, SURNAME AND THE BELOW FATHER'S NAME. AND HE WAS ASKED TO BRING VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE.

MY DOUBT IS SIMPLY THIS CAN A SSLC BOARD OR ANY OTHER GOVT OFFICE CHANGE THEIR FORMAT OF CERTIFICATE FOR THE SAKE OF PAN APPLICATION FORM? OR NLDL STAFF ARE NOT ABLE TO CONVINCE THE AUTHORITIES AS THE FULL NAME IN ONE LINE OR NAME, SURNAME AND BELOW FATHER' NAME ARE ONE AND THE SAME. WHY CANT EXPERTS TRY TO SOLVE SUCH PROBLEMS.

Under which head services of conference hall would be taxable if service is provided solely for renting of conference hall i.e. food, drinks etc is not served?

1) I have filed my it returns for a/y 2012-13
by e-filing with cpc in the month of sept.2012 and and got the acknowledgement in Oct-2012 and further I was informed that since the column in ITR 4 for Bank a/c. No. was not mentioned and wait for 141(1) then I got 141(1) also and after filling up the same I got the reply that there is no refund failure and payment will be sent thro refund banker. But so far nothing has come. The experts from CCI suggested tall free nos. to contact and I use to receive typical answers to wait for some time.

I this regard, I just like to request the Experts/CAs for my knowledge, whether the people receiving calls at tall free nos. are form IT dept or they are just mediators giving the same replies always since they kept on telling me that my returns were duly processed and wait to receive refund for over 6 months. Can it be possible for the assessee to contact the concerned staff of IT to know the cause for such a delay. Whether are there anybody or experts to bring such problems to the notice of higher authorities to solve.

We are a manufacturer of lead(by recycling battery scrap) in the state of Bihar. We are very soon going to cross the limit of 1.5 crore turnover for a SSI unit.After which we will come under excise.
Problem in our lead industry in India is that no buyer will pay full excise to the lead seller.There by seller has to bear the burden of the tax themself.But there is not so much of margin to survive.
Is there any chance that government will provide certain percentage of rebate for excise in special case.

Send recomemndation for exemption this capital gain tax to centre in 2011. Can you please clear about taxability of capital gain in haryana of such compensation amount
