22 May 2013 i have enroll for the membership and come to know that i have not filled the form 112. i have joined the articleship before i had taken the admission in MCOM cousre correspondence at kalina universality. I o have submitted the fees recepit of the same .Still what other document i can produce to proof that couse is external ?

pl guide me.

22 May 2013 PROVIDE MARK LIST/PASS CERTIFICATE IT MAY MENTION THAT YOU ARE DISTANCE EDUCATION STUDENT,

IF THAT ALSO NOT AVAILABLE MEANS A CONFIRMATION FROM COLLEGE PRINCIPAL MAY BE ACCEPTED.

12 July 2013 Write a letter for seeking apology as it is the provision that with CA if you are doing anyt other course then permission from ICAI is a must but you have failed to do. So, write a apology letter that since this course is not hampering any studies I could not file 112 and in future you will not repeat this and therefore kindly do not take any action in this matter against you.
