Query

Whether Form 12BA still shall apply even for NIL PERQUISITIES.

23 May 2013 As per rule 26 A (2) b, of income tax act, if salary of a person is in excess of Rs 150000, Form 12BA will be issued.

But the limit is increased to Rs 200000 by circular 8/2012 dated 5-10-2012
