22 May 2013 can you please provide me the General Object clause of the holding company . The company already had runnning 2-3 kind of business with Pvt limited names and now they want to incorporate the holding compnay and acquire the share of the all the 2-3 kind s of the company already in exitence.

I hope you understand my query, please provide me the solution of the above issue on urgency .

12 July 2013 Why interested in holding company why not go for merger of all the companies into one and make the same as limited company.

If you really want to own shares as the holding company then form a limited company with similar objects and buy all the shares of 51% shares of the Pvt. Ltd. companies and the newly formed company shall be the holding company
